Day Eighteen - Feeling Keen

I ditched the "Burning Chrome Plumbing" van. They looked left and I went right. Okay, it was slightly more complicated then that, but basically: I am getting better at losing tails.

I'm in a diner a few towns away from where I was. The coffee is good and there's free wi-fi, so I think I'm just going to stay here for a while. The refills are free, too, which is good because I love coffee and I have very little cash left.

Bye for now.

  1. It's a blindfold kick back type of a game
    Called the Kansas City Shuffle
Whereas you look left and they fall right
    Into the Kansas City Shuffle.
It's a they think you think they don't know type of Kansas city hustle
Where you take your time, wait your turn and hang them up and out to dry

  2. Or to phrase it more obviously than Joo Dee here, just because the van isn't following you anymore doesn't mean you lost the tail.

  3. At least they're not using the "this is the best of all possible worlds" thingy again. That REALLY gets on my nerves...

    Wish you luck. Keep updated.
